2025 Heroes of Military Medicine


U.S. Navy Capt. (Dr.) Matthew Tadlock is presented the Hero of Military Medicine Award by U.S. Navy Rear Adm. Walter Brafford, commander, Naval Medical Forces Development Command, and Joseph Caravalho, president and CEO of the Henry M. Jackson Foundation for the Advancement of Military Medicine on May 8 at the Washington National Cathedral in Washington D.C. The annual Heroes of Military Medicine awards recognize outstanding contributions by senior leaders, medical professionals, and civilians working in the Department of Defense.
